Sales Manager Expansion

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our start-up team for our European expansion with a focus on the Benelux countries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and a passion for driving business growth.

The Sales Expansion Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our sales efforts and bring on new clients. This includes identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales expansion plan to achieve company growth targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and other sources
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, including attending industry events and meetings
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with company goals
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to inform sales strategy
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on business development and expansion
  • Proven track record of success in sales and meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the broader outdoor, lifestyle or BBQ industry is a plus
