Want a little more? The world's first plug-in gas grill is now available in an XL version: the new SKOTTI GRILL MAX. For those who like things a little bigger. At 39.5 x 30 cm (A3), its grilling surface is twice as large as that of the SKOTTI. However, thanks to the centrally divided grill grate, the pack size of the new big brother is barely larger, making the SKOTTI MAX just as versatile on the go.

SKOTTI MAX consists of 14 stainless steel parts that snap together quickly and without tools. Two parallel burners supply heat to the grill surface, with the gas supply individually regulated. This allows you to create different temperature zones on the grill grate, for example, one for searing and one for slow cooking at low heat.

Cleaning & Care

1. Let cool: Make sure the SKOTTI grill has cooled down completely before cleaning. This prevents burns and makes maintenance easier.

2. Cleaning the grill grate: The stainless steel grill grate can be cleaned of food residue after use with a grill brush or a damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, a special stainless steel cleaner is recommended.

3. Base plate and side panels: The base and side panels can also be wiped with a damp cloth. Make sure no grease or ash residue remains. Use a mild detergent if necessary.

4. Burner tube and burner guard: These parts should be checked regularly for contamination and cleaned with a soft brush or cloth to ensure optimal function. Make sure no residue is blocking the gas flow.

5. Preventing rust: Although the SKOTTI grill is made of stainless steel, you should dry it thoroughly after each cleaning and store it in a dry place if it is not being used for a long time to prevent rust.

6. Storage: The grill should be stored in the included carrying bag or in a dry place to protect it from external influences such as moisture or dirt.
