You need:
- 1 white roll from the previous day
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 shallot
- 1 egg
- 500 g mixed minced meat
- olive oil
- 1 tsp mustard
- pepper and salt
- 2 zucchinis
- fresh rosemary
Here's how:
1. Soak the rolls in lukewarm water
2. Finely chop the garlic and shallot and sauté in olive oil until translucent. Once cooled, combine with the minced meat, egg, mustard, the well-squeezed and crushed bread roll, salt and pepper, and a few sprigs of chopped rosemary.
3. Form small meatballs.
4. Halve the zucchini and cut into 1-2 cm wide slices
5. Alternate zucchini slices and meatballs on the skewers
6. Grill for about 8 minutes, turning occasionally
