Conditions of participation Vennskap GmbH Co. KG Instagram/Facebook competition

The competition is organized by Vennskap GmbH Co. KG. Any natural person residing in Germany who has reached the age of 18 is eligible to participate. The competition begins on December 6, 2021; the closing date for entries is December 10, 2021, at 11:59 PM. Late entries cannot be considered.

Participation in the competition is only permitted through personal registration by the participant. Participation via automated processes (e.g., via competition clubs or competition service providers) is not permitted. We reserve the right to exclude the respective participants in these cases and in the event of violations of the terms and conditions or manipulation.

Multiple comments from the same Instagram/Facebook user and/or person will be counted as one entry in the competition. A jury will evaluate the received comments based on authenticity and creativity and then select the competition winners at its own discretion. For this purpose, all participants' Instagram/Facebook names will be recorded and stored for the purpose of determining the winner. Address details will later be collected only from the winners and used only to ship the prize. Participants are entitled to statutory rights of access and withdrawal.

The winners must respond by 11:59 p.m. on December 20, 2021, and provide their address for delivery of the prize.

The winners will be notified directly on our Instagram/Facebook page following the competition by replying to the original comment through which they entered the competition via the official “Vennskap GmbH Co. KG” account.

In this comment, the winners are asked to provide their address for delivery of the prize to Vennskap GmbH Co. KG via Instagram/Facebook direct message. If a winner does not contact Vennskap GmbH Co. KG by 11:59 PM on December 20, 2021, the prize will be forfeited and the winner will lose their right to receive the prize. The announcement of the winners is subject to change without notice.

Vennskap GmbH Co. KG reserves the right to transmit personal data to third parties to facilitate the delivery of the prize. Only one prize is possible per participant, and the prize cannot be paid out in cash. Claims to the prize are not transferable to other persons. Vennskap GmbH Co. KG is released from all obligations upon delivery of the prize. Vennskap GmbH Co. KG is only liable for legal and material defects in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Early termination of the competition

Vennskap GmbH Co. KG reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. Vennskap GmbH Co. KG will exercise this option in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g., viruses in the computer system, tampering with, or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, the proper conduct of the competition cannot be guaranteed. If such termination is caused by the conduct of a participant, Vennskap GmbH Co. KG may demand compensation from that person for the resulting damages.

Applicable law; Severability clause; Exclusion of legal recourse; Right of amendment

These terms and conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between the participants and Vennskap GmbH Co. KG are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Any incomplete or ineffective provisions shall be supplemented or replaced by an appropriate alternative provision that most closely reflects the economic intent and purpose of the ineffective or incomplete provision. Legal recourse is excluded.
