Is the bag included with the SKOTTI?
Yes, the SKOTTI grill comes with a bag as standard. This makes it convenient to transport and store the grill, and it simply looks cool.
Do I have to order the POOL separately?
The POOL is designed as an upgrade to our first SKOTTI model. If you order your SKOTTI today, you'll receive the 2.0 version of our SKOTTI, including the POOL.
Can the Skotti also be operated on a gas socket on a motorhome or camper?
Unfortunately not. Gas outlets only deliver 30-50 mbar. However, our SKOTTI operates at 1.2-2.5 bar, so the pressure from the gas outlet is unfortunately insufficient.
What do I do with the CAP? Do I need it to bake pizza?
The CAP is not only ideal as a multifunctional windbreak, but also for retaining heat and thus generating enough heat for a delicious pizza. The CAP is ideal for cooking.
Which SKOTTI products do I need to bake bread?
You can easily bake bread with the help of our SMAK, CAP, and BOKS. Of course, you'll also need a grill. We recommend our SKOTTI grill.
Can the two boxes be used on the SKOTTI at the same time?
Yes, but please note the following: First, place only one BOKS on the SKOTTI. After about 5 minutes, when the heat has developed properly, add the second.
When using the KAST, do I leave the radiation plate in the SKOTTI or do I have to remove it?
It is better to leave the radiant plate in place on the SKOTTI KAST so that your burner is protected and the heat is distributed more evenly.

We usually need 1-2 days to process your order.
Can I change my delivery address afterwards?
If you send our customer service a message with your desired address change immediately after placing your order, we will try to communicate this to our warehouse as soon as possible before your order leaves our warehouse. This works in most cases, but not all.
Do you also ship outside the EU?
We do not ship outside the EU. Please check for retailers in your country.

How long does shipping take if I order an engraved SKOTTI?
Since our engraver comes to our warehouse once a week to implement your idea, shipping can take up to 10 business days.

I ordered a SKOTTI + GAS DEAL, but only received the SKOTTI. How is that possible?

Cleaning & Care
How do I clean the SKOTTI?
Soak your SKOTTI (except for the burner tube and gas hose) in lukewarm water with a dab of dish soap, then briefly scrub it with a stainless steel sponge to remove any coarse deposits. Grease deposits (brown) can be easily removed with a soap pad/scourer (e.g., Abrazzo).
How do I store my SKOTTI?
Please ensure that the SKOTTI is always completely dry before packing it in the bag. Store the SKOTTI in the bag in a dry place, preferably away from direct sunlight. The various weather conditions can cause the gas hose to become porous and leak.
How do I clean the KAST?
For cleaning, we recommend lukewarm water and a soft sponge or brush to better reach between the grooves. Avoid using harsh cleaning agents or sharp-edged scrapers, steel wool, or steel brushes, as these can damage the enamel coating. This could lead to rust formation.
How do I clean the PLANK?
To clean the plank after use, we recommend wiping it with a sponge or soft brush and making sure that you do not put it back on the box immediately if it is not completely dry.
How do I store my gas?
Please ensure that you always store SKOTTI gas cartridges in a cool, dry place. Protect them from direct sunlight and keep them at a safe distance from any ignition sources.
How can I check the SKOTTI gas hose for leaks?
First, mix dish soap and water in a 50:50 ratio. Apply this mixture to the gas valve, hose, and regulator. This is easiest with a spray bottle. Watch for bubbles to form.
If you see bubbles, you can be sure that there is a leak.
Please dispose of the leaking hose immediately. Further use is out of the question.

Why doesn't my discount code work?
Our discount codes do not apply to already discounted offers, such as our DEALS and BUNDLES. They cannot be combined with other discount codes.

What can cause a loss of performance in your SKOTTI?
Water in the pool, wind, tilt, clogged outlet holes of the burner unit, leak in the gas hose.
Can rust form on my SKOTTI?
Despite the highest quality materials and subsequent treatment of the parts, fine rust formation can still occur – this is called flash rust. Flash rust occurs when metal particles, carried by air or water, settle on stainless steel parts. The metal particles usually settle in recesses, notches, edges, etc. – in this case, it's not the stainless steel itself that rusts, but the metal particles themselves.
Do I have to fill my SKOTTI pool with soil or sand?
We recommend filling the pool with sand or soil rather than water, as the resulting steam can affect the flame pattern. You must also fill the pool with sand or soil if you're using wood or coal to heat the Skotti, as this creates excessive heat and can cause the pool to warp significantly, rendering it unusable in some cases.
